Tween/Teen Craft

Join us on Thursday, January 18th at 4pm for our tween/teen phone case craft!

Tweens and teens are invited to come and paint with us and participate in the phone case craft, registration is required along with a clear phone case for your phone size.

(Ages 12-18)

Tween/Teen Paint & Sip

We added as second session! December 1st is Full with a waitlist but we have spots for the 18th still open.
Tweens and teens are invited to paint with us on Friday, December 1st at 3:30 p.m. or Monday, December 18th at 3:30 p.m. (ages 9-18). MUST register by November 28th.
We’ll sip soda or juice, maybe something warm too like apple cider or hot chocolate, as we paint a Christmas Tree with a painting tutorial on YouTube.

Summer Birds Series – Part 3 of 3 – Shore Birds, Wading Birds, & Ducks

The Summer Bird Series continues at The Mayville Public Library!
The third and final part of the three-part bird series is Wednesday, August 16th at 6 p.m.
Marsh Haven Nature Center’s Rick Vant Hoff will share his photography to help you learn how to identify these water-loving birds! Join us for this presentation so you can recognize them when you are out and about.

Genealogy Round Table – August

Join us! Thursday, August 24th at 6:30 p.m. is the next Genealogy Round Table Discussion. Come learn more about genealogy and join the discussion about “DNA and Genealogy to Grow your Family Tree.”
All who are interested from beginner to experienced researchers are welcome! Ages 10 and up. Genealogy Round Table meets on the 4th Thursday of the month. Join any time of the year. No registration needed. See you there!

T3 – Boba Tea Tasting

August T3 – Boba Tea Tasting! Registration is required. Sign up by Monday, August 14 for the program on Thursday, August 17th at 5:30 p.m.
Participants will have the opportunity to try some different flavors of baba (bubble) tea. There are some dairy-free options for young ones with allergies.
Teens who participated in the Summer Reading program and earned a reusable straw are encouraged to bring it to this event. For those who did not we will have disposable straws available.
What is Boba?
Boba is a special kind of tapioca pearl or popping pearl that is added to the tea for a fun twist on the drink.
This is the LAST T3 before we move to the new building and start up again in the fall. Watch for the NEW things coming for Tweens & Teens!

Summer Reading is Coming Soon!

Registration begins June 7th, with the Kick-Off event on June 12th!

All ages are welcome! Track your minutes and earn prizes as well as entries into the Grand Prize drawing at the end of the summer.
