Sticker Fun – December

Drop-in between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to help us use up our plethora of stickers. Make sticker art, a sticker collection book, or whatever you want to create. All ages welcome. Show us your creativity and have some fun with stickers!

Registration is encouraged but not required.

Family Movie – December

Family movie at the library! Wednesday, December 27th starting at 4 p.m. We will be showing a family friendly movie. If you’d like the title, please contact us via phone at (920) 387-7910 or via social media direct messaging, as licensing laws don’t allow us to post the title publicly. We’ll have popcorn and water available. Feel free to bring your own snack. Registration is encouraged but not required.

Tissue Paper Art

Use colorful tissue paper squares to make your own unique piece of art! Crumple it, twist it, roll into a ball, however you want to use it we will love to see it all! Drop in from 3 to 5 p.m. on December 26th to show us your creativity with this fun art activity. All ages welcome!

Cookie Decorating

Cookie decorating at the library! Decorate a cookie with us on December 21st. Drop in between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
 
It will make your ride home sweet and tasty. Yum! 🍪

10:00 a.m. High School Pep Band
11:00 a.m. Opening of the 1968 Time Capsule, followed by cake and scrumptious pies donated by Sweet Peas
12:00-2:00 p.m. Mayville High School Choral Performances
12:00-2:00 p.m. Face Painting
12:30-1:30 p.m. Strolling Magician & Illusionist Kirk Patrick will do up-close magic
1:00-3:00 p.m. Elsa and her snowman and reindeer friends will meet their fans
2:00 p.m. Ukerazy Ukulele Band Performance

Wisconsin German Experience Traveling Exhibit

Now on display at the library, the Max Kade Institute’s traveling exhibit “Neighbors Past and Present: the Wisconsin German Experience.” This exhibit consists of fourteen poster panels that cover German migration and settlement in Wisconsin, questions of ethnicity and identity in newly forged communities, and more! See this display before January 12, 2024, when it will be packed up to travel to its next destination.
