Upon consideration of the evidence, including scientific research, health authority guidance, and industry practices, the Mayville Public Library has determined that quarantine of library materials is no longer necessary. We will continue with internal hygiene protocols that are proven most effective in mitigating the risk of spreading COVID-19. If you are concerned about the lack of a 24-hour quarantine of library materials, we recommend that you self-quarantine any materials checked out from the library prior to use.
